Her background includes extensive hands-on experience executing complex field programs and technical work in the oil and gas, mining, power, and infrastructure sectors. Her expertise spans fuel infrastructure engineering, environmental investigations, remediation support, regulatory audits, risk-based due diligence, and subcontractor and site management. She has provided technical advisory support for energy development and acquisitions, helped organizations evaluate operational and environmental risk, optimized asset performance, and advanced renewable energy and emissions-reduction initiatives. Her experience also includes federal research focused on mining-related environmental impacts, including acid rock drainage studies, mine tailings characterization and management, and water and soil assessments to evaluate contaminant transport, site conditions, and remediation needs. This combined background informs Diamond T’s practical, field-proven approach to reliable separation performance in real-world operating conditions.

Vanessa holds a degree in Geological Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, specializing in mining and petroleum engineering. Her mission is to drive innovation and sustainability while creating measurable value for Diamond T’s clients, partners, and stakeholders.
