Vanessa Ingalls

Chief Executive Officer

Vanessa has had a diverse career in the energy, environmental and construction industries. In addition to forming Bar Star Energy Services in 2013, parent to Diamond T Services, she supported the development and financing of a wide range of energy projects. She provided technically based management and due diligence for energy acquisitions and new development to help clients navigate risks, manage assets, and optimize production.

She has also supported a wide variety of Government projects where she served as a Fuels Engineer for the Energy Division of the Defense Logistics Agency and environmental remediation specialist for large scale military and Superfund projects.

Her strong technical and financially focused career has enabled her to create a fiscally responsible and effective climate at DTS. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering with a specialty in Petroleum Engineering and Economics from Colorado School of Mines.

James Ingalls

President

James has 22 years of experience in the oil and natural gas extraction industry working in positions of operations, product innovation, and marketing and business development with Stallion Oilfield Services, Double D Enterprises, BW Oilfield Services and most recently Strad Energy Services, USA and Unit Drilling.

James has developed several startup companies well beyond their natural potential through his ability to sell product, obtain and understand financing, and utilize his operational experience to effectively oversee day-to-day operations. His additional strengths lie in his ability to discern and exploit opportunities in a rapidly evolving industry as well as his ability to attract key support staff.

Malcolm Waters

VP of Operations (Equipment Rentals and Field Services)

Malcolm came to Diamond T Services in 2014, from Bar S Services, Inc. of Wyoming, where he held the position of Business Development Manager. Prior to Diamond T Services, Malcolm has held various positions in operations and at the corporate level within the Oil & Gas Industry, most recently at Strad Oilfield Services and Strad USA.

Before entering the oilfield, Malcolm spent 15 years in commercial construction management. Malcolm’s knowledge and experience in customer service, operations, process development, personnel training and procurement are perfectly suited to promote market growth and ensure the success of Diamond T Services.

Malcolm is a 7 year veteran of the United States Air Force and holds an Associate’s Degree in Electronics Systems Engineering.

Jeremy Johnson

VP of Operations (Solids Control)

Jeremy joined the DTS Team in 2018 and has played an important role in the success and growth of its solids control operations throughout North America. Prior to joining DTS, Jeremy had a prolific career overseeing North America and Canada solids control operations for Newalta.

Jeremy’s command of the science behind DTS’s fluid and waste stream management program has resulted in significant savings for operators while achieving environmental best practices. His team continues to raise the bar by repeatedly achieving records in fluid recovery, solids haul-off and TD time while maintaining a zero incident safety record.

Jeremy holds a BS in Business Management from the College of the Rockies and Lethbridge Community College.

Adam Davenport

General Counsel

Adam joined Diamond T Services in May 2015 and serves as General Counsel in support of contracts and negotiations on behalf of the company.  In addition, Adam advises the company on numerous topics including employment law and regulation, merger and acquisition matters, corporate governance and compliance and all other legal matters that arise on a daily basis.

Prior to joining Diamond T, Adam was an associate at White & Jankowski in Denver where his practice focused on water and land use matters including water right adjudications and defense, title research and resolutions and water and land acquisitions.  Prior to joining White & Jankowski Adam served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Elizabeth Strobel and the Honorable Dinsmore Tuttle in the Weld County District Court, 19th Judicial District.

During his career Adam has represented clients in district court, the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Colorado Ground Water Commission.  Adam obtained his J.D. from the University of Wyoming College of Law and is currently licensed in Colorado, Wyoming and Pennsylvania.

Eric Catanzaro

Director of Finance and Technology

Eric joined the team in 2013 and primarily holds responsibility for the Finance and IT functions of the business. He had previously developed operational and business acumen from his work with Strad Energy Services, Acme Rents, and Sparrow Energy. His cross-functional experience has proved useful in carrying out the vision of the organization as it has grown and is now engaged in the creation and execution of its future.

Eric earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Azusa Pacific University and a Master of Science in Management from Minot State University.
