Here's What Happens Next

AFTER YOU SUBMIT

Engineer reviews your challenge

We review your material, current process, volume, and what hasn't worked, so we come to the conversation with context.

We identify configurations

Our team reviews your application and identifies the right Alfa Laval unit from our in-stock fleet, auxiliary equipment included.

Get pricing and recommendations

You receive a full system recommendation with rental or purchase options, with no commitment required.

Pilot if you need it

Once terms are confirmed, we coordinate delivery and setup. Need to validate performance first? Ask about our pilot program.

The Equipment You Need. The Terms You Demand.

Our expert team understands the ins and outs of fluid and solid separation processes, allowing us to bring together the right centrifuge configuration for any application.

Dredging

Separating solids from slurry and reducing water content in lake, harbor, or river restoration projects.

APPLICATIONS WE CONFIGURE FOR

Oil & Gas

Solids control during drilling and completions; managing waste fluid volume, mud weight, and barite recovery on active drill sites.

Ethanol & Distilleries

Removing spent grain and yeast from the production process to improve yield and recover valuable by-products.

Tunneling

Slurry separation, muck management, and waste disposal compliance for trenchless and utility construction projects.

Mining

Ore separation, tailings management, and recovery where additional or temporary dewatering capacity is needed.

Wastewater

Sludge dewatering for facilities managing capacity surges or under pressure to meet effluent discharge standards.

Is This Right For You?

BEFORE YOU COMMIT

I'm not sure if my application needs a consultation or if a standard rental or purchase will work.
If you're facing a separation challenge and aren't confident a standard unit will get you where you need to go, a consultation is the right starting point. Our team handles everything from straightforward spec matching to complex custom configurations. If it turns out a standard unit fits your application, we will tell you that on the call and point you in the right direction.

Can I get a consultation before deciding whether to rent or buy?
Yes. Several Diamond T clients use a consultation to determine which path makes the most sense before committing to either. We provide a recommendation based on your application and timeline, not on what's easiest to sell.

What types of centrifuges are available?
Diamond T's in-stock Alfa Laval fleet covers four categories. During your consultation, our team will identify which fits your process and material:

  • High-capacity units handle heavy-duty separation of high-solids content, most commonly in oil and gas drilling operations.
  • Mid-range centrifuges balance capacity and adaptability for medium- to high-volume applications across industries.
  • Compact units deliver effective separation in tight spaces and during mobile operations, where footprint is critical.
  • Specialized centrifuges, including high-speed separators and precision decanter configurations, are designed to address unique challenges that standard models cannot.

What does the pilot program involve?
Before you commit to a rental or purchase, Diamond T's pilot program lets you validate performance on your actual material and site conditions. We offer three options depending on where you are in the process:

  • Benchtop lab testing for early-stage material analysis before any equipment is deployed.
  • Small-scale pilots for proof of concept when you need to confirm performance before a full commitment.
  • Full on-site deployment that simulates real production conditions when the stakes are higher.

For consulting clients, the pilot is typically the final step before a recommendation moves forward, so you're making the decision based on real results, not projections.

What does a fully configured centrifuge solution look like in the field?

When Sendero Flow Control needed complete centrifuge packages built around specific completions requirements, Diamond T configured Alfa Laval Lynx 500 systems from the ground up, covering operator training, turnkey equipment, and flexible agreements. In this case study, see how that approach scaled the fleet from 2 to 18 units in just 24 months.
